I have been using these bars for a long time and have found them to always be a treat in my day. A treat which helps me reach protein goals and keep carb intake very low. They are ideal and what’s more healthy and delicious.

The latte bars are my go-to for breakfast plus a black coffee. The flavour is subtle and texture is smooth. I always have a spare box for when I travel as I don't eat airline food. Handy for afternoon snacks too - protein instead of sugar.

These are the best protein bars on the market, the tick all the boxes for me low carb, low fat, high protein and high fibre the latte in particular are great not too sweet. I suffer with Autoimmune Gastritis. So all the Supermarket Chocolate coated bars are out for me, to high in fats. I don't know how I would have managed in the last few months without Smart Bars. The Latte are my favourite.
