All natural ingredients, great amount of protein for the calories, awesome range of flavours and satiating when hungry. I like that they aren’t coated in chocolate but if you want a chocolate hit there are flavours that satisfy that craving. My favourites include apple pie, cinnamon donut, coconut apritcot, and rose and pistachio, but let’s be honest, I haven’t tried a bad flavour yet and I m pretty sure I’ve tried the full range now.

I aim to get a mix of natural food-sourced animal & plant-based protein & supplement where needed to fill in the gaps to hit my daily protein goal. They have no unwanted additives & a broad range of flavours, tastes, & a smooth texture.
