I don’t eat meat, and being very active I can sometimes struggle to get enough protein. Protein powder is ok but can leave you bloated. Smart protein bars seem the perfect solution, they are quick and convenient; they also taste great. I have my favourites and they are now part of my overall dietary strategy.

I have tried many protein bars, and these are by far the best regarding macros and clean ingredients—that is, not a whole lot of additives that you cannot pronounce. They are also delicious and have no weird aftertaste like a lot of the other brands. Very filling too. As a health coach and rehab specialist Trainer, I highly recommend these to my clients.

The caramel honey macadamia bar is irresistible and full of flavour. The consistency is perfect and a great balance of flavours. Just love it!
